Our pure Heather Honey comes from bees which have foraged on Ling Heather on some of the finest moors across the British Isles. When Ling Heather flowers for a few months every summer the bees reward us by producing this exquisite and very sought after honey.
Dark amber in colour and highly aromatic heather honey has a woody and warm aroma reminiscent of heather flowers. This honey is very thick and rich in consistency. Delicious on sourdough toast or with nutty and hard cheeses, where the rich sweetness balances the saltiness well.
