Produced by the bees during the spring and summer months soft set honey differs from our Blossom Honey as it has a deliciously smooth and buttery consistency. With a light floral taste, this honey contains thousands of small honey crystals which produce the unique texture. These crystals dissolve on the tongue, releasing a delicate flavour explosion.
