Eshe Honey
Our Story
Our story started with a mission to raise awareness of the everyday problems facing honeybees in their bid to survive, as well as highlighting and elevating the many varied and precious products that can be harvested from our great British honey bees.

Local artisan beekeeping
We are a local artisan beekeeping company located in Crosby and Blundellsands. Our bees have access to the beautiful Northwest coastal environment of England with views out to the Irish Sea; a location abundant in floral diversity, from sandy beaches to woodlands and parks to gardens.
Our honeybees capture the essence of our special location in their honey which is collected in small batches - every unique jar reflecting the ability of our honeybees to collect the finest nectar and turn it into premium quality honey.

Our Mission & Principles
Mission
Our mission is a dedication to the production of premium British honey and British honeybee related products, driven by a deep passion for the craft of beekeeping and a commitment to sharing its rich traditions and techniques through education.
Purpose
Our purpose is to manage our bees sustainably – this means we only take any surplus honey and ensure the bees have enough food for winter. What we harvest provides a range of glorious honey and honey related products, and our bees ensure there is a pollination resource available to enable fruits and crops to be produced as well as flowers, trees and shrubs to reproduce.
-
Sustainably Sourced
We only harvest surplus honey, leaving plenty for our bees.
-
Bee-Centred Approach
Our bees are our tutors. We work with nature, not against it.
-
Local & Seasonal
Our small-batch honey captures the essence of the Northwest coast.
