Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your Eshe Honey purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied:
- Returns: Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original condition.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, food items (honey) and skincare products (lip balms, soaps) cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@eshehoney.co.uk with your order number and a photo so we can put it right quickly.
