Our Blueberry Honey is gathered from hives nestled near wild blueberry fields, where bees forage on the delicate blossoms that give this honey its distinctive character. The result is a beautifully smooth, amber honey with subtle floral notes and a whisper of fruit — not sugary, but refined, with a gentle tang that lingers on the palate.

Delicious stirred through Greek yoghurt, drizzled over porridge or paired with soft cheeses, it’s a honey that captures the quiet calm of late summer mornings and the natural rhythm of the bees who made it.

Unpasteurised and unblended, every jar is 100% pure British honey, produced in small batches by our beekeepers and cold-filtered to preserve the flavour and enzymes that make Eshe honey so special.
