Lime & Mustard Honey

Our Lime & Mustard Honey is made by our hardworking British bees as they gently blend nectar gathered from native British lime trees and flowering mustard crops.

The result is a beautifully clear, medium amber honey with a naturally smooth, runny texture. Delicate floral notes from the lime blossom are complemented by the subtle sweetness of mustard flowers, creating a wonderfully balanced honey with a fresh, clean and almost savoury finish.

Simply extracted, lightly filtered and jarred exactly as nature intended, this is pure British honey - nothing added, nothing taken away.

Perfect drizzled over warm toast, stirred into yoghurt, paired with cheese or enjoyed straight from the spoon.
