Soft Set Honey

This is our classic soft set honey, sometimes known as ‘whipped honey’.

Produced by the bees during the spring and summer months soft set honey differs from our Blossom Honey as it has a deliciously smooth and buttery consistency. With a light floral taste, this honey contains thousands of small honey crystals which produce the unique texture. These crystals dissolve on the tongue, releasing a delicate flavour explosion.

Perfect for spreading on crumpets, warm toast or pancakes in the morning!
